HEAD SWITCH

This game was made in one week during the Indie Game Dev Beginners Jam #3

A Short 2D Puzzle Platformer (Speedrunable !)

In this game you'll have to play as an experiment robot made by a certain scientist named Mike.
You will go through several rooms while doing some puzzle, using your platforming skills, but also... Switching !
You're not just a normal robot, your advanced technology make you abble to control different types of robot simply by plug in your head onto it which is called Switching.

Controls summary (explained in the game but just in case you forget them):

  • to move left / to move right
  • SPACE to jump
  • Go on the yellow connection of a robot to switch body
  • to eject yourself
  • ESCAPE or P to show the pause menu (you can restart the level in it)

You can also use a controller !:

  • Left Joystick for direction
  • A to jump
  • X to eject yourself

In the browser version you'll have to use QWERTY controls, but if you download the EXE files it will automatically adapt to your keyboard (+ the game looks better than on the browser version !).

If you're interested in the game let me know, maybe I can update it a little bit.

Game made with Godot of course :)

The head switch is performed by a robot, do not try to redo that at home
